great location nice lounge comfortable bed unfriendly staff lack staff long wait
the location was great. i could easily walk to many places. the lobby had a nice lounge area too. the bed was comfortable, and this was important for a good nights sleep.
the staff were not very friendly. they seemed more interested in looking cool. the lack of staff during a fire alarm was worrying. it took a long time to find out what was happening.

The location was excellent, close to many subway lines. I found the lobby space comfortable enough for coffee and work. The room included a comfortable bed (I slept really well).
The room lacked a refrigerator.

cramped room inattentive staff
The room i got, a walker queen room, felt really cramped. i mean, i could barely move around with my luggage. also, the staff weren't very attentive. I asked for extra towels and waited hours. i thought they could have been a bit more responsive to simple requests like that. it, you know?

Great Downtown Location
clean bed helpful staff ground floor cafe
The hotel has a cafe and a restaurant on the ground floor. I found them to be really good for a quick bite. The staff helped me carry my luggage when I arrived. The bathroom and bed were very clean.
The room I had did not feature a fridge.

This hotel is located on the north side of Tribeca. I could walk easily to Soho and the Financial District. Several subway lines were nearby allowing quick travel uptown.

small room loud air conditioning
The bed was comfortable. That much i can say
The room i booked, a walker queen room, was ridiculously small. i could barely move around with my luggage. the air conditioning made a constant loud noise. I suspect it needed maintenance. it kept me awake most nights.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
slow drain minor maintenance
The room felt quite cramped to me. It barely accommodated luggage I brought. There were also a few maintenance issues evident. I saw scuffs on the walls and trim. Plus, the sink drained slowly and the shower head didn't seem properly attached. These small things added up to an experience less excellent than I anticipated.
